Shipping policy

HausForm currently ships within the United States.

Most ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Custom, made-to-order, or limited-release pieces may require additional preparation time.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before purchase is completed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Because HausForm pieces are made from solid hardwood, natural variation in grain, tone, weight, and figure should be expected. These variations are part of the material and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent.
