Every HausForm board is made from real hardwood and will naturally vary in grain, tone, and figure.

Small variations, mineral streaks, tonal shifts, and natural character are part of the material and not considered defects.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
